Kilty Mahoney is a Managing Director of ShareNett Securities LLC a global, private co-investment platform for family offices. Kilty is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 15 years of experience in capital raising and strategic advisory in the telecom, media, and technology sectors. She began her career at Salomon Brothers and later ran the Emerging Telecom investment banking group at Banc of America Securities. She also worked at Greenbridge Partners, a Greenwich, CT based private equity and advisory firm partnered with Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures. Later Kilty owned and served as President of a private information services firm focused on the financial services and real estate sectors prior to returning to investment banking in 2015 with Cyndx Advisors. Kilty earned a bachelor's degree with honors in Economics from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
